Welcome to the Department of Engineering Technology & Construction Management at CSU Pueblo! Our program provides students with the tools necessary to apply scientific and mathematical principles to various practice areas of civil engineering and construction planning, operation, and management.

About the Department

Undergraduate Programs


Civil Engineering Technology, BS

The Civil Engineering Technology program provides students with a mix of theory in the classroom and practical applications in the laboratories.

Construction Management, BS

The Construction Management program is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in the heavy/civil or commercial/residential construction management industry.

3+2: Construction Management Joint Bachelor of Science/Master of Business Administration

Earn both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration in Construction Management in as little as five years.

Construction Manager

This certificate is for non-construction management majors who wish to build their construction management knowledge in various specific areas.


Advanced Construction Manager

This certificate is intended to enhance a current construction industry professional’s body of knowledge with advanced construction industry skills.


Estimating & Planning Construction Costs

This certificate provides students with an understanding of the current planning and cost affecting the construction industry.
