Hotspots and Computers

CSU Pueblo has ordered more than 150 laptops/Chromebooks and 100 internet “hot spots” that will be available for you to check out beginning April 1, with a valid CSU Pueblo ID, for the rest of this semester. New check-outs may be required for summer.

These devices will be distributed to students without connectivity on a first come, first served basis in a secure location following social distancing requirements.

  2. You’ll be contacted by a member of our IT staff, and given an appointment time during which you can securely pick-up your devices

Comcast

Comcast is offering low-income households 60 days of Internet service, since many students and instructors are struggling with logistics of taking/teaching courses online.

SECOM

SECOM will offer ‘Special Discounted Pricing’ for Internet Service for home schooling in our Service Area. 

  • Wireless Internet (where service is available): -29.95 15bps/7mbps plan for 90 days then they can move to their desired plan.
  • Fiber Internet (where service is available): -29.95 50mbps/25mbps plan for 90 days then they can move to their desired plan after.
  • Free Installation – ($150 value)
