  • CAMPUS CLOSED November 23-27 in recognition of Thanksgiving and professional development of our employees with an emphasis on mental health and work/life balance. Campus remote operations will resume on November 30th.

Course Withdrawal

To address serious concerns of some students related to COVID-19 challenges, the course withdrawal deadline for active courses has been moved from October 23rd to December 4th, the last day of classes for Fall 2020. This choice will be available in PAWS registration for ongoing classes. It does not apply to fall courses which have already completed prior to Nov 18th.

All students should consult with their instructor and academic advisor as well as financial services before deciding to withdraw from a course. It is vitally important that you clarify your performance level directly with your instructor before choosing withdrawal.

We moved past the full term course drop deadline in September. Therefore, a course withdrawal is the remaining mechanism by which students can remove a course with an indication of W on the transcript. It does not include an option for tuition refund. Independent study courses through Extended Studies must contact that office for assistance.

Before making decisions please consult with your instructors and your academic success coach or faculty advisor, and student financial services. There are potential financial, program requirement and graduation consequences should you withdraw. We recognize how trying this semester has been, as well as how important it is that you still succeed. If you are struggling or confused by any of this, please reach out to someone—your professors, your advisor, or other University personnel—for help. We are here for you and together we will continue to make sure you get the quality education you initially sought from CSU Pueblo.

For clarifications or further assistance, please contact the Provost's office.

Activate Your NetID

After December 18th, 2020, all students and employees will start using a new electronic ID called NetID to access Blackboard, email, computers, Kuali, and more. Activate your NetID today!
