Earn an Inclusive Teaching for Equitable Learning Micro Credential

We are excited to offer the opportunity to earn a micro-credential in Inclusive Teaching for Equitable Learning (ITEL) offered by the Association of College and University Educators (ACUE).

The online course is self-paced with feedback provided from CSUP facilitators. A $250 Honorarium is awarded by the Provost's Office for successful course completion.

ITEL course modules

1 Managing the impact of biases
2 Reducing microaggressions in learning environments
3 Addressing imposter phenomenon and stereotype threat
4 Creating inclusive learning environments
5 Designing equity-centered courses

 

Time Commitment: 2-3 Hours/Week

Faculty Academy

Faculty Academy is a professional learning collaboration open to anyone who teaches at CSU Pueblo. Monthly sessions are created and facilitated by CTL Faculty Fellows. Sessions include opportunities for active learning and discussion with colleagues on topics relevant to teaching CSU Pueblo students. Please join us in person, via Zoom, or sign up to receive the recording. Faculty Academy dates and registration forms will be posted in the Digest as well.

CSU Pueblo provides all faculty and staff a membership to Academic Impressions. The membership offers free and reduced-cost leadership, personal development, and skills-based training opportunities to faculty and staff in higher ed.

Spring 2022 Registration is Open

To register for Spring 2022 courses, students will need to meet with their academic success coach or faculty mentor, submit proof of vaccination or exemption, and self-register through Banner.
