The campus energy performance project requires replacing the transformer on the first floor of the Administration building. This transformer is also the connection between the Admin data center and the backup generator. Therefore the Administration data center will have to go completely dark during their work. This outage will significantly impact service availability. IMPACT: . Phones and voicemail . Computer access, Internet, shared drives . AIS . PAWS . Employee Portal . Faculty Web Pages . KFS access . Email** . Website*** . VDI Remote Access . Internet to o CS Tower location o Sheriff office o Nature Center o Rev89 radio station **We are currently working on keeping the basic send/receive email functionality up using the Mimecast service. No emails will be lost. ***We expect to be able to keep the front end of the website available and blackboard functionality. However the secure forms, employee portal and PAWS will be offline.
