Sexual assault is any unwanted sexual experience, and it is more common than you think. Experiencing a sexual assault can create feelings of depression, anxiety, anger, self-doubt, and shame. It can interfere with our ability to concentrate and do well in school, our relationships, sleep, and sense of safety. These reactions are normal, and you are not alone! Whether you experienced this recently or years ago, you are welcome. Please come and join us for this confidential group. This group will meet on Thursdays, location is confidential, please call for info.
