Traditional Students

You are a traditional student if you are applying to start college directly after high school and did not complete any college credit after your high school graduation.

Concurrent Students

You are a concurrent student if you are currently in high school and want to earn college credit prior to your high school graduation through your school's Senior to Sophomore program or through the Concurrent Enrollment Program.

Transfer Students

You are a transfer student if you have enrolled and completed any college coursework after graduating from high school.

Online Students

Online students are are enrolled in full online programs through CSU Pueblo Online.

The programs can be at the undergraduate or graduate level.

Graduate Students

You are a graduate student if you have already completed a bachelor's degree and are pursuing a higher degree through graduate school.

Note: Students interested in a fully-online graduate program through CSU Pueblo Online are considered Online Students.

International Students

If you are a non-U.S. citizen or a non-U.S. permanent resident, you can apply to CSU Pueblo as an international first-year student or an international transfer student depending on any college coursework you may have completed.

Active Duty Students

You are considered an active-duty student if you are a member of the military and interested in taking college courses.

We have several resources to help veterans transition to college-life and succeed in completing college coursework and programs..

First-Generation Students

You are considered a first-generation student if your parents or legal guardians have not received an undergraduate degree from a four-year college/institution.

Adult Learners

You are an adult learner if any of these applies to you:

    Adult Learners

    You are 25 or older.

    You have delayed entering college for at least one year following high school.

    You are employed full-time. You have a family and dependents to support.

    You may have started college as a traditional student but needed to take time off to address other responsibilities.

    You have already started a career.

Returning Students

You are considered a returning student if you have previously attended CSU Pueblo and are returning to continue work towards a degree.

Guest Students

Guest students are non-degree seeking students looking to enroll in standalone CSU Pueblo courses for credit or no credit.

Vaccination Requirement and Exemptions
